    Higher Calling I.T. was born out of necessity.  We came out of one the finest services company on the east coast.  Due to the down turn in the economy in late 2010 our previous employer had to close the doors. Not only were all of us without a job but there was a big gap in the warranty service for many manufactures. We knew we all wanted to stay together. We had many years and many clients we had meaningful relationships with.  This left many of our wonderful customers without a service option. We knew at that moment we had to rise from the ashes and make a great company. 

    The best way to start a great company is with great values. Our core values are founded on honesty, ethics, and hard work. Unlike most technology companies we do not require a contract for our services. We strive to earn your business everyday through hard work and attention to detail. Parts and labor are covered by standard warranties, meaning repair and replacement of any defective parts falls under the purview of the warranty. Accidents or harm caused by the user are not covered, nor are acts of God or damage caused by unlicensed repairs. However if a physical damage warranty is purchased  physical damage will be covered in most cases. We can help you determine what your warranty covers.
